These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DealMama mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use DealMama

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. How deals work

• Deals are offered by independent local businesses, not by DealMama. Each business is responsible for its deals, products, services, prices and quality.
• A deal is valid only during the time shown, while supplies last, and within any limits shown on the deal.
• To use a deal, show your code to the business as described in the app. A redeemed deal can't be used again.
• Payment, refunds and any problems with an order are handled between you and the business. We are happy to help you contact them.
• Deals have no cash value and can't be resold or transferred unless the deal says otherwise.

3. Businesses on DealMama

If you post deals as a business, you confirm that you have the right to offer them, that your deal details and prices are accurate, and that you will honor deals customers claim during the stated time. Deal suggestions from DealMama's tools are only suggestions: you decide what to post and you are responsible for it. New deals may be shared on DealMama's social media accounts.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post, such as comments, photos and reviews. You give DealMama permission to use, display and share that content to operate and promote the Service. Don't post anything that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or harassing, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains other people's personal information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't claim deals you don't intend to use, create fake accounts or orders, interfere with the Service, or try to access data that isn't yours.

6. AI-powered features

Some features use AI to make suggestions. Suggestions may not always be accurate or suitable, so please review them before relying on them.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free, or that any deal will be available. To the extent allowed by law, DealMama is not responsible for the products or services of businesses on the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, DealMama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid DealMama, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Profile in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
